① In regard to these benefits, steps should be taken to develop them.
② The first thing we should do is to make people realize the significance of blog.
③ Another thing we can do is to design new tools to connect people, such as YY.
④ In addition, the departments concerned should promote the development of the internet on interpersonal communication.
