Strong-will, diligence and perseverance contribute a lot to us success in our life and professions. And I hold the firm belief that strong will should be put priority if we intend to accomplish a lot and attain success.

　　Strong-will should be accorded tremendous emphasis on. Otherwise, we will be confronted with endless frustration and depression, which, of course, will exert undesirable impact on our physical and mental health. Consequently, the loss of strong-will will undermine our self-assurance to accomplish successful in our future life. The humorous saying “Quitting smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I've done it hundreds of times.” illustrate that it is extremely important to cultivate strong-will in our life. If we can’t, we will be faced with the same consequence as the man who wants to quit smoking but fail all the time and at last will be laughed by others.

　　All in all, from my perspective, strong-will precedes all the other qualities which determine whether we will stand out among our peers.
