　　In my opinion, happiness is to have a harmonious relationship with people in our lives.

　　There are some reasons for my view. First, it is the people in our lives who bring us the most happiness. Family，friends and co-workers, who are part of our inner circle, can share our experiences, hopes and dreams, successes and frustrations, joys and pains. Second, selfishness is a major block to happiness. To live life only for ourselves will bring us nothing but sadness and misery. Thus, the unconditional love we have for the people in our lives and they unconditional love for us is the essence of happiness.

　　我的观点理由有三:首先，正是我们生活中的那些人给我们带来最多幸福时光。家庭、朋友和同事形成了我们的内部交流圈，能够与我们分享经历、希望和梦想、成功与挫折、欢乐与苦痛。其次，自私是幸福的主要障碍。为自己而活，只能带给我们悲伤和痛苦，除此之外什么也没有。因此，我们和生活中那些人之间的无条件的爱就是幸福的本质。

　　In a word, I truly believe that the happiest people are those who get along well with others and love many things, keep a good mood in their lives. They have their own way to enjoy and appreciate the world. They love their children, family and friends . They love both sunrises and sunsets. The most important is that they know how to share all of these with others. (173 words)
