　　A car bombing in the Turkish capital, Ankara, has killed at least 28 people and wounded more than 60 others. 　　"Officials say it's clear the attack was well-planned. A car filled with explosives was detonated next to two buses being used to transport military personnel as they stopped at traffic lights. The Turkish government says it has no information yet on who was responsible. But a security source has pointed the finger at the PKK, the banned Kurdistan Workers Party, which resumed its armed campaign against the government last year. Other recent deadly bombings in Turkey have been blamed on Islamic State fighters."
