　　先说一下 “ = ” 在英语里怎么说，

　　“=” 一般用 is 或 equals或 makes 来表示

　　【加法】

　　“+”号 在英语里一般用这三个：

　　①and ②plus ③add

　　例：

　　1. Seven and / plus eight makes fifteen.

　　7加8等于15。

　　2. If you add ten to eight, you get eighteen.

　　10加8等于18。

　　【减法】

　　“—”号在英语里一般用这三个：

　　① minus ②from ③take (away)(from)

　　例：

　　1. Eight minus five is (leaves)three.

　　8减 5等于3。/ 8减5余3。

　　(注：在减法里，“=”也可以用leaves, 同汉语里的“余”)

　　2. 4 from20 leaves 16.

　　20减4余16。

　　3. Ten take away four is six.

　　10减去4得6。

　　【乘法】

　　“x” 号在英语里一般用这两个：

　　① times ②multiplied by

　　例：

　　1. Five times three is / equals fifteen.

　　5乘以3等于15。

　　2. Five multiplied bytwo equals ten.

　　5乘以2等于10。

　　【除法】

　　“÷”号在英语里一般用这两个：

　　① divided by ② into

　　例：

　　1. Twelve divided by four makes three.

　　12除以4等于3。

　　2. Four into twelve is three.

　　12除以4等于3。
