　　【析句】比较简单的复合句。主句His glowing descriptions of a classless society fired the imaginations of many European readers, 主语是个名词，a classless society后where anyone could attain success...作定语从句。

　　2. Every American who hopes to “make it” also knows the fear of failure, because the myth of success inevitably implies comparison between the haves and the have-nots, the stars and the anonymous crowd. (2005. 阅读. 12. Text 2)
