　　定位到最后一段第一句：

　　但是BBC将必须改变，因为其周围广播的世界正在发生改变；

　　但是这句话本身没有答案，只能往后定位，后面两句话都在讲原因，而在最后一句话中出现了biggest changes;因此答案来自于此句。

　　思路解析：典型的细节题，并且是和因果相关的细节题。

　　选项分析：最后一句为：

　　从长远来看，正是卫星频道的来临将会带来最大的变化；

　　抓大放小，紧扣主干；

　　在选项中和卫星频道有关就只有第四个选项：
