刚一看这个句子的时候有同学会感觉到不习惯，看看这个句子先：
The sun rises that looks beautiful.
其实在本质上是一样的，关键在切分句子为句子主干和次主干，再来理清楚各自之间的关系：
The sun rises that looks beautiful.
切分：
The sun rises;
The sun looks beautiful;
所以刚才的句子就是：
Consequently, nothing seems good or normal;
that does not accord with the requirements of the free market;
第二句分句在修饰nothing：
直接翻译:
没有任何不符合自由市场要求的东西看上去是好的或正常的。
转译：
任何不符合自由市场要求的东西看上去都是不好的或不正常的;
只有符合自由市场要求的东西看上去才是好的和正常的;
