　　今天的句子是一个科技类的句子，也是长难句书上的。也是之前的89句，多巩固!单词比较复杂，但是不需要记。重点是体会一下翻译的方法。不用太纠结，翻译本来就难，慢慢积累。

　　who knows what next  谁也不知道的未来的新技术：这是一个常见的表达，偏口语，不做正规的语法分析。

　　其他成分： that require educationallysound training for the future orthopedist. 定语从句

　　翻译点拨：单独成句;

　　成分和词性的转换：为了符合中文的表达，英文中的成分不一定会和中文的成分严格对应，比如定语可以转化为状语，定语也可以转化为宾语;名词
