　　后接 sb. did sth 或者 that sb. should do sth.

　　现在的确该停止这场争论了

　　It is high time that we (should)put an end to this controversy .

　　5... 要求 lt is required that

　　要求每个候选人必须通过CET-6 .

　　It is required that every candidate (should) pass CET-6.
