　　建议信是对收信人就某一问题提出建议和忠告。它有可能是写给某个组织或机构，就改进其服务质量提出建议或忠告;也可能是写给个人，就其人生中的某个重大决定提出自己的看法、建议和观点。

　　I am writing in reply to...

　　I would like to suggest that...

　　I am writing with my suggestion/proposal about...

　　I am writing to express my views concerning...

　　You have asked me for my advice with regard to...and I will try to make some conductive suggestions.

　　You have asked me for some advice on how to improve...I will try to give some useful suggestions.

　　You asked for advice concerning(with regard to)...and I will try to make some suggestions.

　　I have received your letter saying...I recommend that...

　　I am writing to express my views about...

　　建议信结尾常用句式和套话 
