题型识别：推理题
题干定位：这是一道在题干中有具体定位信息的题目，题干中的public services就是具体的定位信息，但是在文中并没有出现一样的词汇， 但是在第三段最后一句中出现了：the Post Office or the telephone system;而public service 就是对于他们的同意替换。
解题思路：当定位准确以后，解题的思路就有两条：
第一：读懂这个句子
You will be on safer ground if you stick to scapegoats like the Post Office or the telephone system.
如果你选择去评论邮局或电话局这样的替罪羊，那你就会很安全。
这里的所谓安全就是能让别人发笑，所以是很好的笑料
第二：这个细节应该是为主题服务的
和主题幽默相关的选项就只有C和D两个选项，而很清楚的说到了安全为正评价所以选择答案为D，经常是笑料
选项分析：在思路解析中已经用到了对于选项的排除，这里需要多解释一下：
有同学会认为：是笑料我认同，但是为什么是笑料呢?于是目光就自然的看到了B选项;
脑海里想的是：为什么你是好的笑料嗯，因为你是公众关注的焦点。但是文中并没有讲是不是关注的焦点，并且即使讲了这里也 不能成为答案，因为这里的主题是幽默，主题应该优先这就是思路。
